My Subscription Details
View your orders, subscription details, make payments, etc
This page allows you to view your subscription, any recent orders and change your details.
At My Subscriptions you can view your current subscription AND change the payment method (including updating or changing credit card details). Recent orders lists your monthly payments. If a payment has been missed – click on Pay to complete it.
Did your credit card fail?
Two steps need to be completed:
- Go to Recent Orders & click on Pay beside the one that failed. Follow the prompts to update your credit card details.
- Go to My Subscriptions & click on Change Payment Method to update the actual subscription as well. Failure to do this step will result in the payment failing each month.
To change your subscription
If you feel that your current subscription isn’t the right one for you, please contact your Account Manager or Data Specialist on (02) 9687 4666 to discuss. They will help assess your needs and suggest the best plan for you.
