Notification
The issue was identified by DataTools Automated Monitoring Service at 8am, 23rd June 2016.

Fix Action
Restoration of server’s image.

Duration of the Incident
The incident occurred between the hours of between 8am and 9am. Issue was resolved within an hour.

Prevention Measures
We are investigating options why the error occurred and we will update any preventive measures once know.
