Summary/Technical Issue
This incident occurred Monday 30th March between 15.22 and 16.30. One of the servers in the cluster sporadically lost connection during this time – however the majority of calls to the server were successful and only a few end users were affected.

Notification
The issue was identified at 15.22 30th March 2015.

Fix Action
Removal of server from the cluster, server was repaired and re-added to the cluster.

Duration of the Incident
The incident occurred between the hours of between 15.22 and 16.30 and was resolved in just over 1 hour.

Prevention Measures
We are investigating options regarding the IIS instance on the individual cluster machines to avoid this occurring again.
